The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Sales Specialist (m/f/*) SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) & Fire
for Personal Safety Division (Scott Fire & Safety) at 3M Saudi Arabia /
Western Region , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and
collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the
world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
* Leading Key Accounts focusing on Western Region, Saudi Aramco, SABIC …etc and work very closely with them to specify and promote 3M products
* Managing the channel Partners in Saudi Arabia and conduct monthly view on sales targets and revenue expectations.
* Focusing on the Key Accounts across the Kingdom and conduct quarterly visits to other regions for Aviation and Military & Civil Defense industry while keeping the Oil & Gas industry as primary Focus
* Providing product demonstrations on SCBA & PPE to the clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints
* Conducting specific activities for end users (safety days, webinars) and coordinate with the application engineers and Marketing team on completing these tasks
* Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
* Managing tenders ' agreements and long terms projects with Fire Industry
* Attending weekly and Monthly Sales Meetings reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts to the regional sales manager
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for
candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferably in Engineer
* Technical experience in SCBA, and PPE
* Experience on the Oil and Gas industry
* Proven experience in key account management
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this
role include
* Experience with handling communication with Fire brigades and preferable experience with M &CDS (Military and Civil defence)
* Experience on reporting sales activities on Salesforce
* Presentation skills, Power Point
* Team Player
* Negotiation, analytical skills
Travel: May include up to ‎15% domestic across the Kingdom
Location: This position will be located in Saudi Arabia
