Job Description
Currently recruiting for a Machinist who will ensure manufacturing processes
are completed to the necessary quality standards in the required timeframe.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Programme tool set and operate the machine tools.
* Ensure all production products are manufactured to requirements detailed in the drawing and associated specifications.
* To develop manufacturing methodologies thus improving process lead times and consistency of manufactured parts.
* Control internal process using available additional tools such as Statistical Process Control for small batch manufacturing environments

The Individual
* Education/Training: Diploma or University degree in Engineering or relevant vocational technical qualification
* ‎3+ years of professional experience in workshop service
* Proven experience in the field
* Ability to discuss and negotiate at all levels
* Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage
* Knowledge of John Crane products advantageous
* Lapping and polishing knowledge
* Knowledge of welding a plus.
* Manufacturing vocational training or similar qualifications
* Computer literate
* Languages: English. Speaking in Arabic is an advantage
