A successful applicant would analyze the department administrative needs for
the services function.
As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Managing office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
* Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
* Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
* Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
* Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma /GED
* Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
* Ability to work independently
* Have good level of oral and written communication skills
