Position : Senior Accountant – Tax & Accounting (SAUDI NATIONALS)
Reports to : Business Partner Finance
Job Purpose : Up keeping all tax and statistical reports for timely
submissions and routine accounting roles
Key Accountabilities:
Taxation:
* Monthly withholding tax preparation & submission
* Yearly withholding tax preparation & submission
* Monthly & yearly Income tax working
* Yearly Tax Audit completion
* Handling assessment orders issued by ZATCA on Tax & Withholding matters
* Transfer price audit preparation & submission
* Compliance to the latest Tax guidelines and system configuration implementation including Arabic records
VAT
* Monthly VAT return submission with Detailed documented files
* Customs vs Book Reconciliation – Export & Import
* Yearly VAT preparation & submission for assessment orders issued by ZATCA on VAT matters.
* Compliance to the latest VAT guidelines and system configuration implementation including Arabic records
IKTAVA and Local Content
* Quarterly IKTVA preparation, submission and query handling with ARAMCO
* Yearly IKTVA preparation, submission and audit completion
* Prepare and submit 5-year IKTVA plan
* Prepare and submit Product IKTVA plan and query handling with ARAMCO
* Local content preparation, submission and audit completion
Accounting Matters
* Assist the BPF in the day-to-day accounting matters
* Assist in preparation and submission of the statutory compliance for various license renewals, statistics department and commercial questionnaires requirements
Span of Communication:
* Internal: Accounting, Credit control & Operations
* External : Auditors, Govt. Departments, Govt. Entities

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Required Qualifications: Professional / Graduate in Finance & Accounting
with specialization in Tax and compliance matters
Preferred Experience: 5+ years in accounting and tax matters
Job-Specific Skills:
* Able to handle the given task independently
* Strong communication & inter-personal skill
* Financial Reporting & analysis skill
* Team player
Core Competencies : Major ERP exposure preferably LN, strong in MS office
and presentation
