Surveyor I
ABS Europe are recruiting for a number of Saudi nationals to join as Marine
Surveyors to be based in Dammam Port in Saudi Arabia. The main activities in
Saudi are surveying vessels and equipment such as OSV and AHTS, barges as well
as offshore such as Jack-up's and lift boats.
What you will do:
* Assists in the development of short- and long-range business plans and related annual operating and capital expense budgets.
* Maintains active awareness of business and management developments affecting present and potential customers.
* Maintains awareness of product and service capabilities of the business.
* Identifies improvement and developmental needs, takes action to capitalize on prospective market opportunities and makes recommendations for technology or technical tools and manpower skills necessary to implement new and improved products and services.
* Ensures that all ABS Quality System requirements are fulfilled about project work within a technical unit or area.
* Moniitors the delivery and quality of technical services to customers satisfaction.
Qualifications
What You will Need:
* Citizenship in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
* Degree or equivalent from an institution recognized within a relevant field of engineering or physical science
* Qualifications from a suitable marine or nautical institution
* Significant and advanced practical industry experience related to area of specialization and ability to effectively apply classification principles.
* proficiency in the English language commensurate with their future work.
