* Communicate all information to the team received on WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
* Communicate stock alerts.
* Ensure price changes are done.
* Monitoring of Offer activation and deactivation.
* Inter-store transfers.
* Assist in stock requests with the manager.
* Cash deposits.
* Ensuring cleanliness of the store.
* Maintaining customer requests.
* Managing repairs and other warehouse requests.
* Merchandising and sending pictures to relevant groups and managers.
Experience & Skills:
* 3+ years experience in Retail.
* Should have understanding of Gaming Products.
* An Associate's degree or high school diploma.
* Retail sales experience.
* A professional appearance.
* Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
