Sales and Performance Analyst in Dammam. In this specific position you
will have to develop and administer sales planning & effectiveness plans and
processes to increase market share, sales volume, effectiveness, and
efficiency of the sales function, and enhance sales and marketing standards in
line with business needs and objectives, DPDHL guidelines and policies.

In this Sales and Performance Analyst position

• You will have to execute sales planning and effectiveness processes.


• You will have to undertake initiatives and activities across various areas of sales to increase effectiveness of the sales function.


• You will have to study and understand business, competitors, and customers to identify information needs.


• You will have to work with external research house to achieve data integrity and generate analytical study from available sales database.


• You will have to analyze and verify product availability in the plant/ factory in accordance with orders placed by the sales force.


• You will have to prepare analysis reports for the sales planning/information managers and maintain a full and high level of customer data quality.


• You will have to support sales management with appropriate reporting tools and impart training on new technology.


• You will have to manage sales system and database to ensure efficient and accurate data processing, provide input for budgeting and sales incentive program design


• You will prepare adequate and timely materials to support front line sales teams in sales cycles


• You will also have to on a periodically basis analyze the sales channels and sales organization to explore opportunities for optimization cost of sales


• You will undertake audits of sales processes, competencies and performance


• You will have to schedule and execute sales training and coaching programs to raise current skill levels of sales management.

  You will help to identify problems that may not be clear in own area of authority and modify work methods accordingly without the benefit of defined procedures

  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification

  
  


• More than ‎4 years within the same field


• 
  

  Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
