Job Description
LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST
Purpose
Supports laboratory processes as applicable.
Main Responsibilities
Generates lab activity reporting e.g. performance indicators.
Ensures the availability of updated applicable documents, e.g. procedures,
work instructions and specifications.
Analyzes and proposes actions for the resolution of detected problems.
Provides specialized assistance on his/her area of expertise.
Identifies opportunities of improvement of laboratory processes and proposes
preventive actions.
Verifies the application and development of safety standards.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and
ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of
responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other
physical resources assigned to his/her area.
