Meet your new team
You will support the Market Engagement function in bringing together market
intelligence, analytics, and insight, create content and activities that
enable sales, drive broader engagement - and activates our brand with key
decision-makers from across the industry and beyond. You will be focused on
plant-based and pet food products, but collaborate with the rest of the team.

What would your role look like?
You will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and delivery
of content and initiatives to activate our brand in the marketplace and enable
sales conversations and prospection.

Furthermore, you will:
* Engage with Industry Business Managers (IBMs) to support the creation and development of powerful communications tools for our products and offers that speak to the needs of the market. Evolving these as we take products to market, actively responding to market intelligence, analytics, and insight to, empower sales (sales plays).
* Support the Global Head of Market Engagement in identifying opportunities for industry engagement activities (physical/virtual).
* Actively participate in the creation of content/materials/reports to deliver industry engagement initiatives to global markets.
* Identify industry-aligned themes/stories and draws on market intelligence, analytics, and insight to create content (written/video/audio) that activates our brand and excites our audience driving engagement and market visibility while positioning us as thought-leaders.
* Work alongside other members of the Market Engagement team to develop an insights space on our website and expand the role and impact of our digital communications channels.
* Think about social media/LinkedIn - actively starting conversations in the marketplace to engage top decision-makers and support their broader and commercial goals.
* Be a brand ambassador to the business, helping to define our tone of voice and protecting the Oterra brand with consistent messaging/communications.
* Help to identify opportunities to engage and align with thought-leaders from the industry and beyond and expand brand awareness/activation.
* Create content that demonstrates the value of our offering in a global market (content driven by value proposition).

Who are we looking for?
We are hoping to find a person with:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English/Marketing, or a related subject.
* Experience working in a creative agency, responding to creative briefs to create engaging content, is a plus.
* Understanding how to build/think about value proposition in the ingredients industry-specific experience/knowledge in relation to conversion to natural/petfood/plantbased areas would be beneficial.
* Skilled in turning market insights into creative output that generates excitement.
* Strong people skills and ability to build networks and consensus.
* Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/PowerPoint and Teams.
* Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
* Additionally, skills may include competency with editing software (iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro - or other), and other skills in graphic design (Adobe InDesign)
