As a Sustainability Controller, you will be part of our global Danfoss Drives
sustainability team and Segment finance team. You will be responsible for
driving analysis, setting processes, standardizing calculation models, and
documenting the environmental performance of our business and product lines
enabling us to identify opportunities for improvement. You will together with
our sustainability team, deliver reporting on ESG KPIs. You will also be the
one responsible for our business continuity and risk reporting. As part of the
sustainability team, you will:
* Be part of the Danfoss Drives center of excellence for ESG building up the reporting system and processes for ESG reporting (including EU taxonomy, CSRD, ESRD etc.)
* Participate in the dialogue with our auditors that will supply assurance on our ESG indicators
* Driving the process development for data collection
* Collaborate with Segment and division controllers in driving the ESG performance
* Setting SOPs and standardizing calculation models for the entire ESG process.
* Aid your colleagues with the method development and data collection
* Support the definition of data-driven ESG goals, milestones, and metrics year-over-year in collaboration with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts, Corporate and external stakeholders
* Participate in the responsibility for coordinating efforts around selected sustainability projects within the frame of Danfoss Drives ESG ambition
* Contribute to the training of your colleagues in methods and reporting on sustainability subjects
* Be the go-to expert if questions arise about segment ESG reporting, accounting policies or other challenges
* Responsibility for continuously automating and optimizing our ESG processes, e.g., procedures related to quarterly reporting
* Participate in preparation and reporting of Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives figures regarding ESG
* Risk and business continuity facilitation in segment and participating in Corp. risk group

thrive working with different cultures, mindsets, backgrounds and in a matrix
and fast-paced environment.
* You have a relevant, professional, and educational background and experience within sustainability finance, reporting, revision, controls, and processes
* You have a basic insight into manufacturing, engineering, and/or product development
* You are passionate about and interested in driving the sustainability reporting agenda hereunder regarding social and environmental impact issues and climate change
* You are well known to the market and regulatory trends within sustainability reporting, and you have a broad professional network
* You have solid project management skills, a systematic mindset, and structured thinking in everyday work
* Good knowledge in SAP, IT, quick to use new tools and to train others
* Strong and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
