Job Description
*
Research for potential vendors.
* Compare and evaluate Commercial offers from suppliers.
* Communicate With Technical Office for all received quotation in order to provide technical review.
* Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
* Coordinating with procurement management & site management team.
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases "ERP System".
* Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
* Managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
* Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
* Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferred in (Architecture/Civil)
* 4 to 6 Years of Experience in an engineering, procurement, and operations.
* Experience in dealing with suppliers & sub-contractors.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
