Procurement Engineer
Scope of Work:
* Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data & information to determine reasonable prices.
* Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
* Negotiate/renegotiates and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
* Responsible for technical discussion and price negotiation with suppliers.
* Review catalogs, industry periodicals, directories, trade journals, and internet sites and consult with other department personnel to locate necessary goods and services.
* Study balance records of stores and inventory levels of current stock.
* Prepare market survey to select the best price.

- Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills - Excellent computer
