Job Description:
Conduct benchmarking sessions with other organizations and participate in risk management forums to bring operational improvements to GM.
Lead special projects.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of professional work experience.
* Degree in internal auditing, financial accounting or financial management is a must.
* 7 years of work experience in an audit environment
* Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
* Knowledge in enterprise risk management (i.e., risk analysis and control assessment)
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Skills:
* Exceptional analytical skill, problem solving and business acumen, excellent presentation skills, ability to think strategically and creatively, proficient in MS office, able to fluently communicate in English & preferably Arabic as well.
