eMarketing Egypt is looking for Training Coordinator with the following
qualifications:
- Very Good in English Language, presentable, attention to details, excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS. Office applications (mainly MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint).
- Problem Solving
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- 1-2 years of experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and answer their requests in a professional manner.
- Organize training sessions
- Communicating and follow up with the customers for each training order to inform them with courses scheduled dates.
- Responsible for the preparation issues of every training rounds, following things needs to be prepared (Material, Agenda, registration, evaluation, certificate).
- Provide feedback and reports to management
Communicate with customers and solving their issues
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
