Prepare all South Africa cost schedules and load them in Essbase for Vehicles
Prepare and Load Allocated G&A; journal and G&A; clearing journal
Balance Actual Vehicles database to Report IS to agree it to the Management
Book
Preparation of month end financials Variance Analysis Schedule
Prepare Tagetik files, Revenue by End item, by market, by source currency,
Volume by End Item.
Prepare Marketing Expenses by End Item, by market, by source currency
Prepare AMIO total Gross Profit level data in Tagetik for CMP-I, By end Item,
by cost level
Prepare and submit Freight Adjustment file
Preparation and analysis of monthly results and reporting.
Budget and Forecast variance reporting
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Economy
2-4 years experience in accounting and reporting
Specific technical knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel) and SAP
Knowledge of Essbase is an advantage
Languages
Advanced level of spoken and written English
Soft skills
Ability to work in diverse cultural environment
Attention to accuracy and detail
Strong Analytical skills
Ability to meet priorities and deadlines
