Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Reporting on Actuals, Budgets &Forecasts; (Income Statement/ Balance Sheet/
Free Cash Flow) using HFM system.
Business Planning (Compiling and comparing Reports on Inventory, Accounts
Receivable & Accounts Payable) ensuring timely submission
Reporting on Budget/ Forecast figures and the Variance Analysis vs. Actual
Performance
Analyze Business performance and implement preventive and corrective plans and
report thereon
Coordinate information and compile primary financial statements for group
reporting pack purposes for actual, forecast and budget submissions.
Assist with submission of monthly, half year and annual group reporting as
required
Ensuring reports are compliant with Tax, VAT and customs South Africa
statutory regulations.
Implement and monitor adherence to policies and procedures and draft changes
where appropriate
Challenge processes and develop recommendations for standardization and
efficiency improvements
Qualification and Experience
Accounting or Economics degree
2-4 years’ experience in accounting environment
Good knowledge in reporting and consolidation
Specific technical knowledge
Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS (Excel, Word)
Languages
Fluent spoken and written English
Soft skills
Ability to work in diverse cultural environment
Self-motivated
