Quality Manager MAU
Job Description
Supervision on the execution of Departmental yearly strategy in terms of
projects, initiatives.
Conducting weekly and monthly one to one business meeting with Quality
Supervisors and Sr. Supervisors.
Conducting skip level Quarterly meeting with Quality team and gather their
feedback and concerns.
Managing and attending new implementation project meeting and assuring that
the quality requirements are met within time frame of project milestones.
Supervision on the execution on the development plans for the Quality
resources.
Track and measure performance improvement across all Quality and CSAT and
attrition metrics in Cairo.
Setting corrective action plan and strategies for performance improvement to
assure that site CVA meets the targets.
Assure that Hired Quality resources are within SOW ration and department
budget and seeking new ways toward efficient operation
