المشاركة في عمليات تخصيم الارصدة بانتظام
المشاركة في عمل التقارير اليومية ، متابعة المخزون، عمل الجرد اليومي والشهري
والسنوي حسب الخطة
المراجعة والمشاركة في تحديث وتحسين تعليمات العمل حسب أهداف خطة العمل
التأكد من تطبيق نظام التصنيع العالمي في محطات عمل فريقه والفرق الاخري
العمل مع قادة الفرق الأخرى وقائد مجموعته علي التحسين المستمر في مكان العمل وحل
المشكلات
م تطلبات الوظيفة
حاصل على الأقل على مؤهل متوسط أو فوق المتوسط
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
لديه مهارة في استخدام الحاسب الألي وبرامج Microsoft Office
الوظيفة تتناسب مع ذوي الهمم علي أن يكون لدي المتقدم القدرات البندية و الذهنية
التي تتناسب مع المهام الوظيفية الموضحة.
م لحوظة: يتم أعطاء الأولوية لذوي الهمم طبقا لقانون العمل المصري (تعيين
نسبة من العاملين بالشركة من ذوي الهمم)

تعلم تعليمات العمل الآمنة واتباعها
ارتداء مهمات الوقاية الشخصية المخصصة له
المشاركة في محادثات السلامة اليومية (5 دقائق للسلامة)
تقديم أفكار لتحسين أوضاع السلامة و الصحة المهنية
المشاركة في تدريبات السلامة
الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل لقائد الفريق أو قائد المجموعة في اقرب وقت من اكتشافها
استعمال ، مناولة ، تخزين ، وتنظيف المواد الخطرة وفقا لتعليمات سلامة المواد
الكيميائية المحددة
إتباع تعليمات خطة الطوارئ على النحو المحدد لها ( الاخلاء)
ابلاغ قائد الفريق أو المجموعة على المشاكل والشواغل
الحفاظ على الروح المعنوية العالية من خلال الاتصالات المستمرة
المشاركة في برامج التحسين المستمر ، حل المشاكل
تنفيذ الأفكار بعد موافقة قائد الفريق أو المجموعة
مساعدة وتدريب أعضاء الفريق على وظائف أخرى كما هو مطلوب منه.
المشاركة في جميع ما يلزم من تدريب (سلامة، TPM ، GMS ، الخ.)
الحفاظ على الحضور ( 100 ٪) والهدف هو السيطرة على الغياب
تغطية الغياب كلما دعت الحاجة في الفريق
المشاركة والمساهمة في اجتماعات فريقه
المشاركة الفعالة في برنامج التطوير المستمر
معرفة كل معايير الجودة المرتبطة وذات صلة بعمليات الفريق
مراقبة الجودة في تنفيذ العمليات
التحقق من جودة الأجزاء المستخدمة
المشاركة في حل المشاكل العملية كلما كان ذلك ممكنا عن طريق المساعدة على تحديد
السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية (قصيرة الأجل والطويلة الأجل)
تحديد سبل للقضاء على الفواقد في مجالات ألجوده، ومدة التشغيل ، وتخفيض التكلفة
الطاقة ، والسلامة ، المعدات والمواد ، الخ.
المشاركة في عملية التحسين المستمر لأنشطه حل المشاكل
الحفاظ على تنظيم مكان العمل
العمل على تقليل وقت العمليات تماشيا مع تعليمات العمل الموحد
الالتزام بالحضور وخطة الإجازات لتحقيق
HPV
العمل بحرص لعدم تلف الأجزاء
تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج بالجودة المطلوبة
أداء دور عضو فريق في أي فريق إذا دعا الأمر
أداء دور قائد الفريق إذا اقتضت الحالة
الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل في العملية الإنتاجية لقائد الفريق التي قد تعوق تدفق
الإنتاج
تتبع عمليات الصيانة الإنتاجية
ابلغ قائد الفريق عندما يكون المخزون في مستوى غير طبيعي
الالتزام بنسبة الحضور و الأجازات
الحفاظ علي العمل في بيئة خالية من التلوث
الحفاظ علي موارد الشركة والحد من الهادر والتدريب
تنفيذ تعليمات العمل للتخلص الأمن من النفايات ومنع والحد من الملوثات والانسكاب
معرفة كيفية التعامل مع الانسكاب وتعليمات الحد من تلوث الهواء (الهاب)
تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة والافكارالجديدة التي تمنع أو تحد من التلوث البيئي و
النفايات وترشيد الطاقة والمياه
