The incumbent will be responsible for handling all Marketing, Sales, General
Administration and Manufacturing expenses including the reviewing and
validating of the invoices, accruals and documentation to ensure compliance
with Nissan Motor Egypt accounting policy and accounting standards.
Main Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Review G&A; and M&S; supplier’s invoices for appropriate documentation and
approval prior to payment and process journal entries on SAP system to keep
proper bookkeeping.
Reconcile vendor statement and perform balance confirmation.
Collaborate in month end closing and year end closing by preparing the
required analysis and samples for proper preparing for year-end financial
statements.
Ensure employees' reimbursements are paid accurately in monthly basis by
reconciling with GL and confirm balances with the employees and sending them
monthly emails in order to settle their custodies.
Allocate M&S;, G&A; and general manufacturing expenses to cost centers and
review with related functions as needed.
Perform monthly booking and review for needed accrued expense for various
functions.
Perform monthly booking and review for prepaid expense.
Perform all dealers warranty claims.
Analyze warranty cost by making monthly analysis for AP warranty and AR
warranty refund and handle related reporting requirements.
Reconcile GR/IR balance.
Assist in mid-year and year-end statutory audit.
Submit monthly maintenance report by analyzing all maintenance accounts to
control maintenance expenses and reviewing it with the direct maintenance
manager to give the right direction to make decision.
Qualifications & relevant experience
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
1-3 years’ of experience in Accounting field
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
SAP system background is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
