As the Security Country Manager you will support all security and fire
protection activities for General Motors to identify risk and implement
protective measures to reduce identified risks. You will coach and consult
with security operations personnel and business unit and site leadership, and
implement corporate security policies.
In this role you consult with local operations and site leadership to ensure
their satisfaction with security services provided. Support the local
implementation of corporate security policies. Initiate continuous improvement
activities to ensure quality and cost-effective security and fire services.
Provide quality assurance for purchased security and fire protection services.
You will support the Global Security staff with security investigations on an
as-needed basis. Support the implementation and execution of local emergency
response plans, crisis management plans, and security service quality
initiatives and processes. You regularly communicate with other GM leadership
regarding important security issues.
