About the job Junior Accounting Specialist - Taxes
Purpose of the job
Assisting in carrying out all the activities of the tax department.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Implement the tax plan for ECMS and its subsidiaries.
2. Ensure proper booking of all tax related issues.
3. Assist in updating the tax provision on monthly basis based on expected
tax liability.
4. Update vendors accounts and payments.
5. Participate in updating and reconciling all tax issues.
6. Record all invoices upon receiving them in the invoice register.
7. Calculate and review withholding tax due.
8. Prepare withholding tax receipt for each payment
9. Prepare quarterly withholding tax forms for each vendor and tax authority.
10. Calculate sales tax for each payment and issue due payments after
reviewing the invoices with purchase orders.
11. Review payroll summary sheet and prepare all related journal and payment
vouchers.
12. Handle all procedures related to real estate tax on all Orange sites.
13. Act as interface between Orange and taxation authorities.
14. Handle customs financial settlements.
15. Review and process the payroll and social insurance tax.
Job specification
Education
* Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience.
* Minimum 2 Years Experience In The Same Function.
Skills and abilities
* Very good English both spoken and written.
* Very good computer skills.
* Strong Customer Orientation.
* Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
* Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
