As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be coordinating a diverse team across
all shifts in his area to perform with full delivery the warehousing
operations; ensuring safety, quality, compliance, consistent supply and cost
objectives are in full adherence.

* Responsible for coordination of warehousing operations across all shifts.
* Support the team, ensuring performance and development are balanced and delivered in line with personal and company goals.
* Achieve targets and objectives of the area through continuous improvement tools by applying the GSK production system. Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety, quality policies.
* Responsible for audit readiness activities (DI, Logbooks, compliance control ) for all Audit Types ( EHS , Quality , TP13 ..etc.).
* Responsible Handling all destruction process, stock control (Reject/Hold/slow moving/high stocks inventory) in WH and System Reports with clear visibility for proper needed actions to handle those stocks.
* Participate effectively in continuous improvement initiatives and projects for warehouse by data gathering and running reports.
* Support ongoing WH projects by provision of needed data and documents supporting URS and Engineering changes and managing the Change control activities.
* Conduct physical counts of materials to maintain accurate inventory levels.
* Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is kept all the time.
* Maintain Good documentation practice in all Warehouse areas Supporting site.
* Responsible for Vendor contracting in liaise with Procurement and Legal fulfilling any prerequisites e.g., TPO, screening, offering. to ensure smooth process flow and abidance to GSK rules.
* Managing Repository filing and archiving process in compliance to reference GQPs and Quality requirements.
* Managing operation targets across three operation shifts requires a high degree of self-resilience and ability to assess the impact of non-standard safety and/or quality events.
* Aware of site and supply chain performance and role in influencing the performance measures.
* To guarantee that the fundamentals of safety, quality and compliance are clearly understood, in place and maintained through strong standards, showing leadership through personal accountability.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our
goals:
* Bachelor's Degree in any Business discipline, preferably from Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing.
* ‎2-‎4 years' Experience - Pharmaceutical industry not a must.
* Excellent Excel capabilities
* Good Team working skills
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Good command of English language (spoken and written) as well as excellent Excel capabilities
* Preferred experience in SAP system.
