Warehouse Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY
* Responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed in the warehouse.
* Responsible for coordinating with the suppliers for any discrepancies in the shipments received and keeps track until resolved.
* Handling enquiries in Logistics matters from other members or staff.
* Responsible for all the timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping of parts in warehouse.
* Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records.
* Maintain filing systems of all incoming and outgoing paperwork and archiving these details in accordance with local requirements.
* Ensure both yearly and perpetual inventory checks are completed in accordance with the laid down procedures.
* Reporting and evaluation of stock discrepancies.
* Responsible of undertaking all warehouse tasks according to company processes.
* The receipt and issue of purchased components and services into the computerized stock system.
* The receiving and reconciling of supplier deliveries.
* To pick the parts in the correct manner (FIFO).
* To pick, pack and label sales orders in detail.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse area.
* Ensure the on time picking to the agreed schedule.
* Take responsibility along with other Team Leaders of the running of the warehouse in the Manager's absence.
* Engaged in any other activities required by the management team.

* Works well with all levels of people, clients, upper management, peers and staff
* Min ‎3 years of experience in warehouse
* Has the ability to develop a systematic and organized working atmosphere
* Take criticism and feedbacks well, following through on suggestions
* Be methodical and ensure operating procedures for the warehouse are enforced on all levels
* Well organized and focused on service delivery
* Good and effective communication skills
* Highly proactive
* Good problem solving skills
* Basic computer skills
* Organized
* Keen to details
* Basic knowledge of NOV CAPS Products
* General understanding of how an ERP system runs
* Basic understanding of Logistics operation

• Report any hazardous defects in plant and equipment, or shortcomings in the
existing safety controls, to direct Manager/HSE without delay.
• Stop any process or practice which is unsafe or hazardous and report this to
HSE and the management.
• Report all accidents, incident and hazardous situations to management.
• Stop work immediately if you have any safety concerns over the task and
discuss with a manager
