Workshop Supervisor

Function/ Purpose:
* Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution.
* Perform Risk Assessment prior to start the job.
* Conduct tool box meetings.
* Review work orders. Assign tasks to appropriate personnel. Identify resources and delegate responsibilities, Verify completion of jobs. distribute workload evenly and efficiently among employees.
* Monitor and evaluate the work of shop personnel.
* Schedule employee work hours and time off the job. Insure that adequate human resource are available at all times.
* Ensure personnel are utilizing the appropriate tools for their assigned task or tasks.
* Evaluation and employee relations.
* Involve final inspection of equipment prior to delivery.
* Review and verify the team following the correct spec, procedures, Drawings, QMS etc..
* Supervise major equipment loading and offloading activities.
* Provide Technical inputs to the team & supervise testing.
* Customer coordination.
* Take ownership of and drive quotations/proposals projects.
* Identify and understand what ARM customers need relative to quotations/proposals.
* Account for all ARM costs and delivery times associated with quotations/proposals.
* Assist management with administrative duties. Complete requisitions for needed supplies and equipment.
* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
* Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Four to Five years' experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Well verse to read mechanical drawings, electrical & hydraulic schematics.
* Computer & Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
* Verbal and written Communication.
* Knowledge in ERP & Tracker system.
Qualification, knowledge, and experience:
* Engineering/Diploma in related field or relevant work experience.
