Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer's site in or outside the region/country to perform in
troubleshooting, start-up and maintenance contract work.
- Determine possible system faults prior to departing for on-site service
calls, in order to determine test equipment and spare parts that may be
required.
- Provide accurate, professional documentation of service calls on site.
- Provide feedback to Sales to report potential customer applications of E+H
products.
- Conduct training for customers.
- Assist with training of less experienced field service technicians.
- Assist the customer via telephone with product information and problem
solving.
- Calibration of instruments in lab.
- Execute proficiency testing.
- Take responsibilities of the Quality Engineer if he is not available
- Assist in preparations for internal audit
- Develop and maintain a level of knowledge of all E+H products.
- Site and/or factory acceptance test support.
- Arranging and follow-up Demo's & Trials at customer's site.
- Support to the local partners, customers.
- Understand and ownership of intrinsic aspects of after sales in terms of
responsiveness, quality and time factors.
- Understand and propagate E+H global long-term objectives and values.
- Handling of repairs / returns.
- Service database
- Spares management
- Value added services
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Engineering.
Experience : 2 -3 Years
Knowledge in support and after sales services necessary
Strong technical competencies (knowledge of all E+H product groups, knowledge
&
experience on applications) preferred
Fair commercial knowledge preferred
Perfotional English Language .
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel necessary
