Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a Business
Development Specialist to join our team.

We are all about connecting highly skilled people who have the desire and

challenges that arise in the course of running their businesses. We have years
of experience and continuity in our own staff that allow us to really know our
clients and the consultants we provide; creating good culture and skill fits

Responsibilities:

• Successfully close business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions via phone, email, in-person meetings, etc.


• A hunter mentality with proven results within business development, lead generation and cold calling


• Experience with business to business sales, cold-calling, lead generation, as well as managing and growing existing business relationships.


• Market services and talent to fulfill human capital needs for direct-hire positions.


• Meet established sales and performance goals.


• Effectively negotiate bill rates in line with expected and budgeted margin percentages.


• Consult hiring managers to take job orders and serve as a client partner through the candidate selection process.


• Be a strong contributor to the team in terms of work ethic and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree is required.


• Fluent in Arabic and English.


• At least ‎1 year of similar experience.


• Must have proven successful track record of selling " Recruitment Solutions " and/or " Outsourcing Solutions" with a strong focus on hunting and developing new business


• Must be able to work effectively with hiring managers to convey accurate temperature of requirements and demonstrate effective level of client control.


• Show ability to develop repeat business


• Must have high energy level and sense of urgency


• Must have a strong passion for selling in this industry

Work Setup:

• Location: Maadi


• Working Hours: 9AM-6PM - including one hour break.


• Fridays and Saturdays are off.
