KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-Day recording and analysis of vehicle usage for schedule servicing and
coordinating with vehicle custodians for on time completion of schedule
servicing.
Carrying out preventive checks on vehicle for ensuring desired serviceability
level and recommending for preventive repair requirements.
Inspection of under repair vehicles for validating the proposed repair
requirements.
Coordinating with vehicle and MHE workshops for timely submission of quotes
and Invoices for approval and payment processing.
Monthly visit to all feeder warehouses for vehicle preventive checks.
Maintaining the Fleet expenses and submitting reports.
Maintaining vehicle annual registration validity for statutory compliance.
Maintaining RTA Traffic File/Employee EIDs free of fines.
Monitoring Driver License validity and coordinating for timely renewal.
To maintain the validity of road permits/delivery permit.
To maintain balance in various Ewallet accounts
Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & software that allows the company
to get periodical information on all the activities pertaining to fleet.
Monitoring GPS application for desired compliance.
