Candidate should know:
* Fundamentals of transport and labor legislation in KSA
* Established forms of accounting and reporting in KSA
* Basics of people management
* Basics of logistics processes
* Experienced MS Office and familiar with ERP systems
* Should have a driver's license with min 3-years experience
* Soft skills: Punctuality, attentiveness, accuracy, responsibility, communication
skills, people management
Responsibilities:
* Ensures the good condition of the fleet and readiness for the route
according to the work schedule
* Organize the work schedule of drivers, considering sick leave,
vacations, and other events.
* Organize the interchangeability of workers
* Submit work schedules to the payroll department
* Control the timeliness of the provision and correct execution of
documents confirming the right to be absent from work: sick leave,
vacations, and other documents
* Prioritize and prioritize work tasks
* Execute field experience to gain customer experience and assess
drivers
* Regular driver assessment. Develop correction plans for poor
performers
* Participation in the process of hiring drivers
* Development of a bonus system
* Maintain a neat appearance of drivers, keep the uniform of work
clothes in accordance with established standards
* Ensure the safety of received funds
* Keep the property in use safe and sound
* Honestly and conscientiously fulfil the assigned duties
* Set effective teamwork and develop the team continuously
Key performance indicators:
* Average stops per route for the group meet the target
* Average accidents and fees for the group meet the target
Tasks for the pre-launch period, for instance:
* Hire and test new drivers (Arabic test, driving test, etc)
* Develop the SOP for drivers
* Develop the logistics and process for daily morning and evening
routines
* Develop bonus system for drivers
