The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls is looking to appoint an
experienced Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing
administrative, secretarial and general support to the Head of Secondary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
* Act as interpreter.
* Translate communications for the secondary school from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English.
* Attend meetings, record and distribute minutes/actions.
* Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and resolve them when appropriate.
* Assist in the logistics for school events.
* Responsible for ADEK system for secondary school fieldtrips and external visitors.
* Perform any other relevant duties as requested by administration.
* Provide backup reception duties during staff breaks/absences/days of specific events.
* Manage, organize and update relevant data database applications.
* Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical workday, where tasks require additional commitment.
