JOB TITLE
Team Leader - Customer Service | MAF Global Solutions | Head Office


ROLE SUMMARY
We invite UAE National candidates to apply for our Team Leader position. This
position will be primarily responsible for supervising the general operations
of the floor reception area. Team Leader tasks include assisting customers,
ensuring prompt resolution of clients' inquiries, distributing tasks to the
staff, and monitoring the employees' performance. To act as the first point of
contact for visitors and callers and managing the floor during operating hours
and events in addition to coordinating front-desk activities.


ROLE PROFILE
* Ensure that the front entrances of corporate offices are presentable and always reflecting the professional image of Majid Al Futtaim.
* Managing and developing team of receptionists and office assistants
* Organizing Board meeting by coordinating between teams - IT, Facilities management team, and other internal stakeholders
* Managing floor operations and operational efficiency
* Report immediately any poor levels of cleanliness, maintenance issues, behavioral concerns or anything that may affect the image of the organization and the customer journey to the line manager or respective stakeholders.
* Dealing with incoming calls with confidentiality
* Training of new staff members as and when required
* Undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified by the line manager


REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum ‎1 - ‎2 years' experience in the capacity of a receptionist role in UAE
* High School Certification
* Good written and verbal communication
* Have attention to detail
* Have the ability to lead a team
