Job Purpose

To provide efficient service to customers to achieve customer retention and
growth, to process transactions as instructed by Branch Management, and
resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction / Service Standards
* Meet & Greet customers at Counter/Lobby
* Provide service to Retail and Commercial customers
* Assist customers in filling up remittance applications forms, new Bank Account opening process and related services
* Provide advice and guidance to customers where necessary
* Handle Customer Queries, Complaints, Resolutions/Follow-up, Special Deals and other such activities

Financial / Sales

• Play a proactive role in customer retention and branch marketing activities


• Ensure optimal profit margins are maintained for transactions


• Solicit referrals and initiate cross-selling opportunities to existing customers


• Actively convert walk-in customers to IntroCard holders

Operations / Controls
* Ensure assigned work activities are carried out as per Company policies and procedures, within the stipulated time period for the activity
* Exercise due diligence in processes related to AML Compliance, KYC and customer transactions to ensure risk mitigation
* Identify improvement areas and propose constructive changes to achieve operational excellence

Job Requirements

Qualifications
* Graduate or equivalent in any related field

Experience
* ‎2 years of experience in a similar capacity
* Previous exposure to large volume of cash handling is an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills
* Knowledge of basic computer applications and operations
* Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
* Customer service oriented
Good quantitative skills
