RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FUNCTION
* Check the Arrivals and Departures and ensure apartments are prepared and inventory checks are scheduled upon both arrival and department
* Ensure the inventory list is completed accurately and kept on record for departure checks
* Use ERP system to assist with ordering
* Liaise between owners and suppliers to share invoices and coordinate payment
* Complete admin tasks and utilize ERP system to place inventory items ordering
* Ensure store room is maintained at a high standard and stock is plentiful
* Maintain the standard of Address in every individua apartment, having close attention to detail
* Maintain excel tracking sheet to all ongoing projects in the residences and ensure follow ups are done
* Ensure close working relationship and communication is maintained between key departments such as sales team, operations team, housekeeping and engineering team
* Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure items are received on a timely basis
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
* Minimum of two-years experience in a similar position
* A strong command of English is required; additional language is an asset.
