SOC/NOC Analyst will beresponsible for monitoring, identifying, investigating,
prioritizing, escalating,and resolving incidents and problems. The types of
incidents and impact would beconsiderably different. Meet service level
agreements (SLAs) and manageincidents and problems in a way that reduces
downtime. Focus on IT assets availability,reliability and performance.

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies

ComputerScience Engineering or related bachelor's degree and certifications.
* 5+years of experience in related field.
* Knowledgeof IT and how utility components, sensors, networks, storage, system, applicationstack's function. Experience in monitoring IT asset availability, performanceand security. Troubleshoot problems and provide system support.
* Computerskills to work with network, systems and application of all types. Programmingskills to write macros and scripts in power shell.
* Experiencein System, Network, End points, Application and Security monitoring tools isessential, such as SolarWinds, Next ink, LogRhythm, Data Centre Expert, Site24x7and Application performance monitoring.
* Troubleshootproblems and find fixes for incident. Excellent problem-solving skills areessential.
* Knowledgeand experience in ITSM tool are essential.
