Job Description
* Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review documents before start clearance process
* Make follow up with vendors and updates customer using phones and Emails
* Make daily updates using excel reports to customer
* Using aramex cargo wise system for updating and create new shipments
* Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices
* Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts
Job Requirements
* 2 - 3 Years' experience in Customs Clearance is a Must
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Fluent English
* Time-management, assertive nature and the ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
* Details oriented
* Microsoft office (Excel ) highly needed
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
