Responsibilities
* Execution of daily deployment plan shared by supervisor and reporting output by end of daily shift
* Distribute daily deployment plan & storage plan on Company owned trucks & drivers based on trips and availability to ensure full utilization for trucks
* Distribute daily deployment plan & storage plan on carrier owned trucks based on trips and trucks availability to ensure cost efficiency and priorities, in addition to being a control point in terms of verifying if car is related to carrier or not
* Record in own shift the driver's attendance (offline)
* Update SAP in own shift with data entering for the carrier invoices to enable back office consolidation
* Own shift responsible for drivers' petty cash in terms of distribution, receiving toll invoices & custody settlement
* Supervision & final accountability on yard coordinator and safety processes & Drivers in own shift
* Follow up with production on stock availability & readiness of stock with warehouse in plants & cancellations
Qualifications
* Bachelor 's degree or equivalent.
* Minimum experience 2-3 years in logistics deployment & transportation
* System user (Ability to use SAP, Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
* Ability to deal with
