WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Supervise his team during the shift.
* Follow up the operators' performance.
* Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results by investigating complaints and suggestions.
* Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
* Apply the standard operation procedures (SOP).
* Monitor and check the flow rate and the process stability during the shift.
* Report the equipment breakdown to the maintenance department whenever happened.
* Interact with sub-contractors for the supply of the consumables.
* Report all incidents occurring in the Plant during the shift.
* Ensure the plant is constantly operating during the shift.
* Review the Lab daily report to ensure meeting the required specifications.
* Prepare the handover report.
* Propose Technical or organizational idea to improve the work.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR*
Bachelor 's degree in engineering - Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical
From 1 to 4 years in the same field
Previous experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment field
Problem solving skills, Reporting skills, Leadership skills
Strong mathematical, mechanical and science skills
