Job Description

You will make your mark as HR Resource planner at our project office. As a HR
resource planner you will ensures excellent administration. Furthermore you
will be responsible to optimize and maintain the processes of the various
resources witch are used in the HR department.
Working as a HR resource planner you will also be responsible for analysing
the project objectives, inventory on current human resources, forecasting the
demand, prepare estimate gaps.
Your responsibilities as a HR resource planner are
* Contributing to the improvement of deployment, hiring, onboarding processes and procedures.
* Assist with HR reporting for HR manager.
* Maintain and update resource planning for the project based on hiring requirements.
* Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off.
* Keeps records of project staff, update leave schedules and personnel planning in HR system.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as HR resource planner if you have:
* Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. Arabic language is an added value.
* Experience in MS Office (excellent Excel skills).
* An affinity for quickly adjusting to new systems, as well as excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail.
* Team player mindset: willingness to assist other sub departments in HR in case of heavy workloads.
* At least ‎2 - ‎3 years ' relevant work experience, preferably with Saudi experience and knowledge about Saudi labor law and regulations.
* You work comfortably under pressure, in an international environment and with tight deadlines.
