* Conduct effective and thorough research, gathering data and conduct analysis
* Demonstrate understanding of required analytical tools and techniques (Excel based financial analyses, Powerpoint, Charting and visualization)
* Prepare and document error-free fact bases and clearly articulate assumptions and underlying issues in analyses
* Take ownership and responsibility for completing assigned tasks
* Set priorities and manage own time and workload to meet deadlines and able to adjust appropriately to changing team demands
* Provide updates on progress, escalate issues and challenge, and offer possible solutions to address business problems as appropriate
* Presents ideas, facts, data, etc., concisely, and appropriately in meetings and discussions
* Actively listens and responds to the input of others and able to follow instructions
* Builds productive relationships within the team
* Proactively seek feedback from team members and make effort to improve performance
* Participate in training programs to expand knowledge and skills
The Successful Candidate will possess:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or any other related field.
* 3 - 5 years of experience, Utility or Energy experience preferred
* Solid experience in Financial modelling and modelling in general
