Job Advert Description
Based in Abu Dhabi, the new recruit will advise clients on a diverse range of
local company commercial matters within the UAE including Free Zones and help
review commercial contracts.
What you'll be doing
* Advising on the incorporation of entities within the UAE.
* Assisting on drafting commercial agreements.
* Assisting on drafting and amending memorandum and articles of association.
* Advising on employment law.
* Advising on a wide range of company secretarial matters.
The new recruit will also be responsible for:
* Building, maintaining and developing client relationships.
* Assisting on complex due diligence exercises.
* Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives.
* Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions.
* Assisting with training and development of junior legal staff.
What you'll need
The firm has a Career Development Framework which sets out the competencies we
expect of those at this grade. In particular for this role, the ideal
candidate will have:
* Directly relevant experience gained at a recognised and busy corporate practice
* Law degree and LPC holder
* Commitment to exceeding client expectations
* Drive and enthusiasm
* Can do, hardworking and flexible approach
* Commercial awareness
* Interacts well with people at all levels
* Excellent spoken and written English skills (additional languages a plus); and
* Excellent academic record
