Commis 1 (Dim Sum)

We have a great opportunity for a talented Commis 1 to join us in our award
winning restaurant Shang Palace. The successful applicant will have a love for
chinese food and a passion for organisation and presentation, they will assist
in the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

What will you do?
Maintain stock levels.
Assure hygiene standards are kept to the highest of levels at all times.
Assist colleagues in a thoughtful manner.
Make sure that all stock/food is stored correctly and in an organised fashion.
Listen to colleague/manager requests and carry out daily duties correctly and
efficiently.
Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi
The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom
villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern
Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161
fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-
bedroom units. The hotel is located within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri
