Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly receive and greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant, and kindly encourage departing guests to come back soon.
* Provide excellent customer service for each guest entering the establishment.
* Actively maintain a clean dining space for guests by clearing away empty glassware.
* Ensure a clean environment and that designated tables are properly arranged.
* Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate customer.
* Awareness of which items are solid out or unavailable daily.
* Check in with assigned tables periodically to ensure a positive experience for guests.
* Present menu to visitors and suggest daily specials.
Key Requirements:
* High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus.
* Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
* Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
* Flexible work hours.
* Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
