Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team to maintain and develop a long-term relationship with clients through identifying and interpreting their requirements - with a consultative sales approach.
* Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
* Administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting,
Create client quotations; check tender documentations and assist our Directors
of Sales with managing client accounts.
* Follow up all inquiries; prepare quotations and related documents for new and existing customers.
* Record progress of all customer inquiries. Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
* Generate lists of prospects/contacts and contact them by following standard operating procedures.
Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming calls for information.
* Contract bookings and assist sales team in the execution of sales processes.
* Ensure that all incoming emails are replied to in a prompt fashion and with pertinent information.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder with experience as sales coordinator.
* Strong business mindset to identify sales opportunities in the terms of customer requirements, competition etc.
* Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality.
* Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
