Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising and providing administrative support to the project team.
* Working closely and collaborating with the client and its representatives.
* Sourcing accommodation and facilities requirements for all members of the project team.
* Coordinating with the HR team to onboard new employees.
* Renewing and visas and work permits for new and existing project team members.
* Managing all inventory and serving as the main point of contact for providing assistance with device set-up.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder.
* Two years of experience within a similar role.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
