Hiring a Purchase Executive for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Purchasing Manager through inventory purchasing and stock control activities, e.g. issue purchase orders and documents follow up.
* Keep the inventory in a healthy level, monitor the replenishment needs and inbound logistics management.
* Processes purchasing orders, records the purchases and maintains database in the system.
* Plan inventory based on sales trend and ordering lead time, strive for optimizing inventory value for the assigned items.
* Coordinates with freight forwarders and warehouse departments to have cargo delivered.
* Prepare analytical reports to optimize stock level. Monitor the inventory level and prepare stock forecasting.
* Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Sales, Quality, and the Warehouse team to keep track of inventory movement.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
* Three to four years solid working experience in Logistics, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
* Professional demeanor and attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office Application.
* Good communication skill.
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
