Program Manager

Overview:
The opportunity

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful
lifecycle of the project, defining use cases and driving the overall success
of our AI services. This individual will be responsible for understanding
client needs, coordinating project teams, and ensuring the timely and
effective delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

Core42 is the UAE's national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI,
combining G42 Group's expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a
single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations.

enable national-scale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities

‎1. Client Relationship Management:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and acting as the primary point of contact.
* Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and identify additional opportunities for AI services.
‎2. Project Planning and Execution:
* Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
‎3. Team Coordination:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project goals.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to maximize productivity and creativity.
‎4. Quality Assurance:
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions by implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance processes.
* Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and industry standards.
‎5. Financial Management:
* Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.
* Provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
‎6. Business Development:
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional AI services to existing clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the development of proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Skills and attributes for success
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* ‎3+ years of experience in project management or customer relationship management.
* Experience in managing software development or technology projects is preferred.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile.
