Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
* Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
* Act as a central point of communication for core team members, management, business partners and other project's stakeholders
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Managing delivery of the project according to the plan
* Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
* Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Ensure that the company and program standards, guidelines, and policies are maintained.
* Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
* Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
* Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Education & experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, IT or Computer Science or related field.
* Proven experience in project and program management.
* Proven experience in running multiple projects.
* Proven stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience in managing internal and external resources.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* PMP / PRINCE II certification
* Agile Certification is preferred.
Language Skills:
* English and Arabic
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Years of Experience:
* 8/10+ years ' experience overall.
* Experience in Maritime industry
Nature of Experience:
* 3+ years' experience in Programme management role.
