The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Abu
Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR
department in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee
relations, and HR administration. The HR Executive will play a key role in
ensuring the smooth running of HR operations and contributing to the overall
success of the organization. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment
process including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews,
and making job offers. - Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and
onboarding process. - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to
employees on HR policies and procedures. - Assist in the development and
implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Maintain and update employee
records and HR databases. - Support the performance management process by
tracking and monitoring employee performance evaluations and appraisals. -
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave management. -
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role. - Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
