Job Summary:
A Service Admin Coordinator provides necessary support to the Service Sales
team. S/He will be a reference point for colleagues by keeping schedules, and
providing feedback, documentation and information.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate sales service by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
* Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
* Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
* Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
* Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
* Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
* Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
* Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
* Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.
Education and Experience:
* Bsc.BA in business administration or relevant field.
* Proven Experience in this field.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
* Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
* Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu or Tamil.
