client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in HR & have a good
knowledge of UAE Labor law.
Responsibilities:
*
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and
documentation.
* Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
* Preparing an offer letter and sending it to the appropriate candidate.
* Sending new employee's emails in regard to the company rules and regulations to be followed.
* Welcoming new employees with the onboarding kit.
* Preparing hire communication with the appropriate Manager.
* Developing new company policies and employee handbooks.
* Collecting paperwork and other related documents from the new hire.
* Delegating tasks to the new employees and answering their questions if any.
* Introducing new employees to the team members.
* Preparing onboarding documents and kits as and when required.
* Contacting the technical team for arranging hardware and software for the new employee.
* Preparing onboarding email templates for the employees.
* Staying up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees
