Delivery Intern , reporting directly to Regional HR Service Delivery
Manager to join our HR Services Delivery team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
About the Job
The HRSD intern is expected to carry out Pre-boarding, Onboarding and
Offboarding activities. The HRSD intern will report directly to the Regional
HRSD Manager but will be under direct supervision of the HR Officer to oversee
the day to day activities.
The HRSD intern will be responsible for the following activities:
* Explaining Visa and Onboarding Process
* Following up with Candidate Requirements via phone calls
* PeopleBoarding closing activities for Pre-hire & process Completion and coordination
* Coordinate with Department Secretaries/Line Managers
* Visa Application Request
* Finalizing Travel arrangements with candidate
* Travel Booking Discussion with Travel & Logistics team
* Welcome Email and Travel Advisory to Candidates (emails and phone calls)
* First day Induction (Day One)
* Keeping Record of Signed Original Contract/Beneficiary Form
* Bank Account Opening Support
* Support in the settling in process of new joiners
* Family Mobilization - if any
* Implementation of the Offboarding tool
* Following up with Secretaries/Line Managers and GBS to ensure offboarding is happening timely, addressed by all stakeholders and actioned on the HR System.

About You
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential
requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or business
administration
Languages: English: Fluent, Arabic: Fluent (is a plus)
Main Skills: strong communication skills, strong coordination skills, eye for
detail and efficiency.
